Work No.1197: All the bells in a country rung as quickly and loudly as possible for three minutes

Participant in Work No.1197: All the bells in a country rung as quickly and loudly as possible for three minutes by Turner Prize-winning artist Martin Creed. At 8.12am on Friday July 27th 2012 I stepped into the nature reserve adjasent to Denham Deep Lock and set about ringing a very small bell for three minutes. This small bell was produced at White Chapel Bell Foundry, and cast of the same metal used to upon the much bigger bell starring in the opening ceremony of the 2012 Olympics later that evening.
